Sage received her Massage Therapy certification in 2001 from the Colorado School of Healing Arts, where she began developing a strong foundation in therapeutic bodywork. She continued her training with a focus on structural alignment and myofascial release, and has maintained a full-time practice in Grand Lake—located at the west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park—for over 25 years.

Guided by a deep interest in natural health and integrative healing, Sage expanded her studies into Oriental Medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2013, and is nationally certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology.

Sage’s work blends clinical precision with a holistic approach, addressing the deeper layers of the body where patterns of imbalance are held. Her sessions may incorporate acupuncture, dry needling, sound healing, cupping, and a curated selection of essential oils, chosen with the support of biofeedback technology.

She is also trained in sound healing, is Level II Reiki certified, and holds a Colorado state license. Sage is certified in Clean Needle Technique and is a member of the Colorado Acupuncture Association.

Sage is passionate about supporting the Grand County community through thoughtful, integrative care that promotes lasting balance and well-being.
