Our Team

Sage L.Ac., CMT
Sage received her Massage Therapy certification in 2001 from the Colorado School of Healing Arts, where she began developing a strong foundation in therapeutic bodywork. She continued her training with a focus on structural alignment and myofascial release, and has maintained a full-time practice in Grand Lake—located at the west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park—for over 25 years.
Guided by a deep interest in natural health and integrative healing, Sage expanded her studies into Oriental Medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2013, and is nationally certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology.
Sage’s work blends clinical precision with a holistic approach, addressing the deeper layers of the body where patterns of imbalance are held. Her sessions may incorporate acupuncture, dry needling, sound healing, cupping, and a curated selection of essential oils, chosen with the support of biofeedback technology.
She is also trained in sound healing, is Level II Reiki certified, and holds a Colorado state license. Sage is certified in Clean Needle Technique and is a member of the Colorado Acupuncture Association.
Sage is passionate about supporting the Grand County community through thoughtful, integrative care that promotes lasting balance and well-being.

Spencer LMT
Spencer discovered her path to massage therapy after moving to Grand Lake with her husband and experiencing Sage’s exceptional work. Inspired by the profound impact of that experience, she became dedicated to learning how to support the body’s natural healing processes through skilled touch. In 2024, Spencer graduated from Denver Integrative Massage School, where she trained in a blend of Western and Eastern modalities. She performs all massage and spa services, including deep tissue, relaxation, TMJ intra-oral, and prenatal. Her strong palpation skills allow her to identify areas of tension and imbalance that may not be immediately obvious, helping clients uncover and address the root of their discomfort. Spencer tailors each session to the individual, adjusting pressure and technique based on the body’s response. Her deep tissue work is focused and effective, aimed at providing lasting relief, while her relaxation sessions are designed to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and create space for true rest. By listening closely to your body and your concerns, Spencer works with you to find the techniques that best support your healing and overall well-being.

Alexa LMT
Alexa is a Colorado Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of Hands On School of Massage. She is especially drawn to Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Nepali massage, believing that every session should be as individual as the person receiving it. A Colorado native, Alexa has always felt at home in the mountains. Some of her favorite childhood memories were spent in Grand Lake fishing with her grandfather, experiences that instilled in her a lifelong appreciation for nature, stillness, and genuine connection. After living in both Alaska and New Mexico, she found herself drawn back to the Colorado mountains and the community that first inspired her love of the outdoors. Before becoming a massage therapist, Alexa owned and operated a horse training business and later supported F-16 pilot training operations at Holloman Air Force Base. Though the work was different, both experiences taught her the importance of patience, observation, trust, and meeting others where they are. Those lessons continue to shape her approach to massage therapy today. Alexa believes healing begins by meeting people exactly where they are. Rather than following a routine, she takes time to listen, adapting each session to the individual while creating a space where the nervous system can settle and the body can reconnect with its natural ability to heal. Her hope is that every client leaves feeling restored, reconnected, and ready to return to the people and places they love.
